Welcome to Voxelrya. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, digital products, and physical goods offered at voxelrya.com. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, downloading a digital product, or scheduling a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

3. Professional Services

Voxelrya specializes in 3D modeling, digital sculpting, animation, and related creative services. Services are provided based on the scope and timeline agreed in writing.

4. Digital Products

Our digital products include 3D asset packs, tutorials, presets, and other downloadable content. Delivery is instant upon payment confirmation.

5. Physical Goods

Physical goods consist of 3D printed items, branded merchandise, and art prints. Shipping times vary by destination and are provided at checkout.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in CAD and include applicable local charges. Payment must be made in full before delivery of services, digital products, or physical goods.

7. Delivery

Digital products are delivered via direct download links. Physical goods are shipped to the address you provide. Delivery estimates are provided but are not guaranteed.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Professional Services

Voxelrya offers consultations, custom 3D modeling, and animation projects. Due to the bespoke nature of these services, full refunds are only available if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of payment and before any work has begun. Once initial design drafts or models are delivered, the service is non-refundable. This ensures fair compensation for time and creative resources invested.

8.2 Digital Products

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If you experience technical issues or file corruption, please notify us within 7 days of purchase and we will provide a replacement file.

8.3 Physical Goods

You may return unused physical goods within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

9. Transfers and Rescheduling

For scheduled services (e.g., coaching or workshops), you may request a transfer or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment. Requests made later may incur a fee or may not be accommodated, depending on resource availability.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and artwork created by Voxelrya remain the intellectual property of Voxelrya unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our copyrighted materials without our express permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxelrya’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our offerings is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
